Mindsaid does not provide:

  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment
  • Therapy

Content is for educational and self-reflection purposes only. Always seek qualified professional help for mental health concerns.


3. User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Use the app for personal, lawful purposes
  • Seek appropriate help if you experience distress or crisis
  • Understand that results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed

4. Safety & Crisis Situations

Mindsaid is not designed for emergency use.

If you experience thoughts of self-harm or feel unsafe:

  • Contact local emergency services
  • Reach out to a trusted person or crisis hotline

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, and software in Mindsaid are owned by the app creator.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Redistribute
  • Reverse engineer the app

Without explicit permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Mindsaid is provided "as is"
  • We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app
  • Use of the app is at your own risk

7. Changes to the App

We may:

  • Update features
  • Modify content
  • Discontinue parts of the app
